Client Services Coordinator

Rebecca obtained her Certificate in Small Business Operations and Administration and
joined the team at Juggernaut Advisory in November 2016.

Rebecca’s duties include:

  1. Managing client databases
  2. Monitoring and manage workflow
  3. Scheduling Client work
  4. Client correspondence
  5. Liaise with the ATO in relation to client’s tax and payment matters
  6. Appointment management
  7. Assembling and collating Financial Statements, Income Tax Return and Business activity statements for clients
  8. Provide support to Accountants
  9. Preparation and management of Client Service Agreements
  10. Accounts Payable and Receivable

Rebecca Enjoys:

Rebecca enjoys spending time at home with her son, catching up with family and friends, reading, baking, bushwalking, spending time at the beach and travelling back to her home town in the Blue Mountains to visit family.
