Keeping You Informed – Client Disclosure Statement (TASA 2024)

In line with the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024, we’re required to provide you with clear and accessible information regarding how we operate and how you can raise concerns, should they arise. 

Matters Influencing Engagement

At this time, there are no known matters that would significantly influence your decision to engage or continue to engage our services. Should any such matter arise, we will update this disclosure and notify clients within 30 days, as required. 

How to Raise a Concern

If you ever have feedback or a concern about our services, we encourage you to let us know. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally, and your input helps us maintain high standards across our team.
