Juggernaut Advisory is a highly regarded Shoalhaven based Accounting firm, specialising in business advice, taxation and business coaching. Our firm enjoys assisting a diverse group of fantastic clients throughout the Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands and Illawarra areas. Our vision is ‘Better Business, Better Life, Better Community’.

We are looking to expand our Accounting team and are seeking a Full time Accountant with experience to join our firm. The successful candidate will be working with our other experienced advisers to prepare financial information and support clients by providing business and taxation advice.

Ideally, candidates will have:

  • 2-3+ years experience in preparing financial information, including BASs and Tax Returns
  • Genuine passion to help others
  • Completed or working towards CA/CPA/IPA qualification
  • Ability to work autonomously but also be a team player
  • Strong work ethic including the ability to complete tasks within agreed timeframes
  • Excellent communication skills

Experience using QuickBooks, Xero and other accounting software would be considered an advantage, but not essential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic person with the right personality to join our dynamic team on a full time basis. We have an opportunity for you to be part of our ‘people focused’ office working with a family owned business that has been established since 2011.

As our “Director of First Impressions” you will be the face of the business at front of desk, greeting clients and directing enquiries while undertaking a number of administrative support duties.

Your day will include but not limited to;

Tasks

  • Greeting clients at front of desk
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • General reception / administration duties
  • Preparation of various documentation
  • Directing email enquiries
  • Mail preparation
  • Maintaining levels and ordering of office stock supplies
  • Delivery of exceptional customer service through all stages of the client journey
  • Taking ownership of the office presentation
  • Organisation of accounts payable/receivable
  • Scheduling and diary management for professional staff
  • Other ad hoc office administration tasks as required

 Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A bright and friendly personality, and enjoy meeting & greeting people
  • Professional presentation and phone manner
  • Great organisation skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to problem solve and think on their feet
  • A sound knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) & good literacy
  • A keen desire for working in a professional office environment
  • Motivation to make the office a welcoming, cheerful and positive experience for our clients, team and visitors
