Client Services Coordinator
Rebecca obtained her Certificate in Small Business Operations and Administration and
joined the team at Juggernaut Advisory in November 2016.
Rebecca’s duties include:
- Managing client databases
- Monitoring and manage workflow
- Scheduling Client work
- Client correspondence
- Liaise with the ATO in relation to client’s tax and payment matters
- Appointment management
- Assembling and collating Financial Statements, Income Tax Return and Business activity statements for clients
- Provide support to Accountants
- Preparation and management of Client Service Agreements
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
